Judd Feldman – Broker – President

A Eugene, Oregon native, Judd graduated from Willamette University in 1991 where he was honored as an All American catcher in baseball for the NAIA division. After college he moved to Sun Valley Idaho where he guided fishing and rafting trips before obtaining his first sales job in the wine industry. In 1993, seeking to further develop his sales career, Judd enrolled in Xerox training and sold Xerox office equipment in Eugene, Oregon. Building on his success in office equipment sales, he moved into the pharmaceutical world with Dura Pharmaceuticals as a territory manager in Oregon. His sales skills flourished and soon Judd was one of the top ten sales associates at Dura. He accepted a job at their home office in San Diego, CA in the sales training department where he helped design a 30 day training program, to train and hire 300 territory managers.

In 1997, longing for the emerald green of Eugene, Judd resigned from the pharmaceutical world and went work for Ron Cramer, the founder of Self Insured Retention Programs (SIRPRO), in Eugene. At SIRPRO he was educated in the world of public entities, from contracts and coverage, to underwriting, marketing, and sales. He used his experience with the emerging World Wide Web, major marketing, and sales training to help develop a nationwide SIR program for public entities. Over time he took control of SIRPRO and turned the once MGA into a niche wholesale operation. In 2005, Judd and Ron Cramer accepted an offer for a majority buyout with North American Group, and changed the name to Global Intermediaries, where Judd continues to develop market and sell large SIR programs as the president part owner.
